South African Institute for Drug-Free Sport The World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) is the agency that South African Institute for Drug Free Sport (SAIDS) subscribes to as a world standard. The Drug-Free Sport Act* gives the Institute authority and jurisdiction to carry out drug testing across all sports codes.
